Living Magazines have teamed up with Grand Designs Live to give you the chance to win one of three pairs of tickets to the UK’s leading contemporary home show.
Taking place from 29 April – 7 May 2023 at London’s ExCeL, the show will boast a range of new exhibitors and features, as well as all popular favourites, with design guru and TV broadcaster, Kevin McCloud leading the event.
Whether you are starting out on your first renovation, building a new home, redecorating a room, installing a new kitchen or simply looking for ideas, Grand Designs Live is the must-visit event for anyone wanting to learn about the world of interiors, design and self-build. Covering Build, Kitchens and Bathrooms, Gardens and Interiors the show offers access to amazing brands launching new products, compare prices and check out homewares not yet available on the high street.
Returning to London after its successful launch last year, Green Living Live, continues to be dedicated to showcasing eco-friendly products and services from companies that put sustainability at the very heart of their business. Even better, all tickets to Grand Designs Live allow entry to Green Living Live.
With exhibitors offering expertise covering all aspects of the home as well as personal transport, you’ll find products such as eco building materials, insulation, heating and renewable systems, furnishings, and electric car-charging equipment. Plus, championed by Kevin McCloud, a selection of the most innovative eco ideas can be found in the Kevin’s Green Heroes feature, which is a perennial favourite with visitors looking for ground-breaking, planet-friendly products. The Green Living Advice Zone powered by OVO Energy is available to give visitors advice and ideas about all aspects of how to adapt all aspects of the home to be more green conscious. The Sustainable Future Theatre powered by OVO Energy is devoted to issues surrounding sustainability where you can discover how to make your home eco-friendly, with talks and panel discussions from experts on topics such as how to plan an eco-build or refit a house.
Launching at the London show is a new series of practical and hands-on workshops designed to help teach visitors new skills and techniques across a variety of subject areas including floristry, colour psychology, how to create a mood board and wine tasting. Upcycling also features in the array of informative workshops on offer, visitors can take away a beginners up-cycling kit (limited numbers), learn how to prep, paint and create a bespoke piece for their home.
The Green Grads will make a welcome return, showcasing the most ground-breaking and eco-friendly products on the market, and the popular Ask An Expert will return alongside a host of inspiring and informative seminars at Grand Designs Magazine Theatre, offering visitors the opportunity to consult and hear from specialists across a range of home-improvement areas, from finance, to architecture, design and much more!
