Baptist Church Tring, 8pm. Phil Wilcock is a local metal detectorist. Some of his finds are on display at the Tring Local History Museum. As well as discussing the many objects he has found and the local history that they reveal, Phil will explain the techniques of metal detecting, the equipment involved and what happens when you find real treasure.
