Hemel Hempstead Old Town from 3-7pm. There will be a range of entertainment including fancy dress competitions, face painting, fairground rides and Harry Potter themed interactive entertainment. There will also be market, community and food and drink stalls. Followed by fireworks in Gadebridge Park at 7.30pm.
