Excitement is building at The Hospice Lottery Partnership where the Rollover prize of its weekly lottery draw, which raises vital funds for local charities, has just reached its maximum amount of £10,000 and must be won this Friday 21 January.

The Rollover prize started at £200 back in February 2021 and has not been won for 50 weeks in succession, building the jackpot by £200 increments every week up to its current and maximum total. This means that the £10,000 prize must be won by one lucky winner this Friday.

A previous £10,000 Rollover winner said: ‘Thank you for the money, it has provided us with much needed security at this time of such uncertainty.’ They also said that they knew only too well about hospice care, after a close family friend was cared for by their local hospice and decided to play in The Hospice Lottery to support this wonderful care, adding that ‘it’s an honour to have the opportunity to give something back.’

Each lottery ticket costs £1, and anyone who fancies a chance at winning the Rollover jackpot or one of the other 114 guaranteed cash prizes (of 1 x £1,000 prize, 3 x £100 prizes, 30 x £20 prizes and 80 x £10 prizes), can buy tickets for this Friday’s draw online at hospicelottery.org.uk.

The Hospice Lottery Partnership runs a weekly lottery draw to raise money for local charities that provide specialist care and services to thousands of patients and their families. As a ‘Not-for-Profit’ organisation, all operational surplus from the sale of lottery tickets is returned to the charities that it supports.

From covering the daily costs of running a hospice to funding treatments for patients, every pound played on The Hospice Lottery helps to make a difference to someone in need of care and support, as well as giving lottery players the chance to win some great prizes each week.
