Submit Event

Submit details of your community event for our What’s On guide in the magazines and online.

There is no charge for submitting your community event which will be published online. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee its inclusion within the magazines, which is subject to space. To guarantee placement of your advert in the magazines, you can book a small strip advert for £65 (per magazine), plus VAT. Please email advertising@livingmags.info if you’d like to book.

We also offer a guaranteed, highlighted listing for just £15 (per issue), plus VAT. If you wish to take advantage of this, please select the relevant option in the form below and select the issue you desire, taking note of the Booking & News Deadlines listed. Note the highlighted listing will feature in both magazines of a given issue.

Registered charities are entitled to a 30% discount off display adverts and may be entitled to zero-rated VAT.

Living Magazines deadline and distribution dates 2024

  • Please check your date is correct before submission as we may not be able to change it retrospectively.
  • Please include the event location and price if relevant.
  • Please fill in at least one of the three contact fields below:
  • Please upload a relevant or representative image of your event. Please note promotional posters will not be used. If you would like us to display a promotional poster, please sign up for the £65 advert mentioned above.
