20mph Zone For Berko?

Plans are afoot for a 20mph zone in parts of Berkhamsted, from Bank Mill Lane to Mill Street, taking in Ellesmere Road, and Ravens Lane.

The plan was subject to a public consultation in June, and is currently under discussion by Hertfordshire County Council.

‘If they decide there’s enough support for it, it will go through to a second consultation,’ said Lance Holman from Herts County Council.

The process is still ongoing, and should be decided later this autumn.
