Dacorum Borough Council’s Kylna Business Centre has been officially opened.

The centre occupies the ground floor of Kylna Court residential flats which were completed in February.

Designed primarily as a move-on option from Maylands Business Centre, the modern, high-tech building based on the corner of Wood Lane and Maylands Avenue provides a prime location for growing businesses in the heart of Maylands Business Park and is managed by the council’s Economic Development team.

The centre was opened on Thursday 20 June by Portfolio Holder for Planning and Infrastructure, Cllr Graham Sutton who said: ‘The serviced offices compliment the already robust package of services offered by our Economic Development team to encourage businesses to locate and grow in the Dacorum area. The team offer free business advice, subsidised training courses, small grant schemes, networking events and the Maylands Business Centre incubation offices and industrial units. All this support, provides a nurturing environment for all Dacorum based businesses to thrive and prosper.’
