Can you support the Open Door meal delivery service?
Open Door have been partnering with Berko Food for Friends to provide free meals to vulnerable people in Berkhamsted. Many are elderly and isolated. Some are grieving after losing a loved one to coronavirus.
Lots of you have been in touch to ask if you can support this initiative, and right now they really need your help. Local supermarkets and organisations have generously provided food and funding, but this will run out at the end of June.
To keep the service going throughout July – their final month of offering help in this way – they need to raise £5 per meal.
If you’re able to make a small donation it would make a huge difference. They’ll be so grateful for anything you can spare in these difficult times. And if you could help them spread the word that would be amazing too!
