Cats in Need of Homes

Living Magazines Cats Protection Dacorum

These beautiful cats are currently with Cats Protection Hemel Hempstead & Berkhamsted Branch – can you offer any of them a forever home?

Ginge

Ginge is now looking for his new forever home due to changes in his owner’s circumstances. He is a bit nervous of meeting new people and needs some time to gain his confident around you but when he does, he’s such a love bug! He’s not what you call a lap cat but enjoys being stroked and nudges up against you, wanting to have some more, he might even give you a little kiss sometimes. He would be happier in an adult only environment and if possible would love to share his home with another cat friendly cat as he enjoys their company and likes to have a chat with them. He would like access to a garden once he’s completed his settling in period, away from main/busy roads.

Mack

This lovely lad is Mack he is approx. 5 years of age. He has had a bit of a time of it before he came into CP care but now he is loving being with his foster family and enjoying all the love, cuddles and kisses he gets – and gives!  He is a very friendly, laid back lad who loves being in people company knowing that he is now safe and not having to fend for himself. He will have the occasional play but does like the quieter side of life. He is the meaning of ‘lovebug’ and loves to meet new people. He isn’t a lap cat as such but will curl up as close to you as he can get. He just wants to be safe and secure and know there is someone around for him.

He would be happier with older children, he is an indoor cat; to be discussed further on interest, and would like to be the only pet where someone may be around for him part of the day.

Mo

This lovely lad is Mo and he is 9 years of age; a true gentleman! He does like the quieter side of life and happy to spend his days keeping close to home and in the garden, especially laying in the sun and his evenings curled up on the sofa with someone. He is happy to receive all the cuddles and strokes you wish to give. He would be happier in a family environment with older children, as the only pet, where someone may be around for him in the day, away from main/through roads. He does enjoy a bit of a play now and again and happy for you to join in but best of all to be in your company.
