Cats in Need of Homes

Living Magazines Cats Protection Beech

These gorgeous boys are currently with Cats Protection Hemel Hempstead & Berkhamsted Branch – can you offer either of them a forever home?

Beech

Living Magazines Cats Protection BeechThis handsome boy, Beech, is looking for his forever home. He is approximately 5 years old and is long haired. He came into CP as a stray.

Beech has made huge progress in the time he has been with CP. He was very wary and frightened when he arrived and it took a while for him to trust people again but now is a happy, chatty boy. He is still quite shy on meeting new people but we feel, in a family environment, with someone who has the time to be with him and gain his trust and give him all the love/cuddles/attention he is after, he will soon gain his confidence with people and be the happy boy we know he is.

We feel he would be more suited to a quieter environment with an older family with that special person to show him all the love and attention he needs. Being long haired he would need to be brushed regularly. We feel he may like to share his home with one other friendly cat but would be OK as an only cat getting all that love himself! He will need patience and time, and that all-important contact daily, for him to continue to progress and be the lovely cat he is meant to be. If you feel Beech may be the boy to join your family, ring CP Hemel Hempstead and Berkhamsted.

Noodle

Living Magazines Cats Protection NoodleThis sweet boy is Noodle. He had been through a really rough time before coming in CP care and needs a very special home. His owner sadly died and he and his brother were left to fend for themselves. Sadly, his brother became ill when CP got them in and died. If that wasn’t enough for this poor boy, he had to have his tail amputated due to an injury.

He desperately wants to trust again and we feel this can be achieved if he finds a home sooner rather than later. We feel he would be happier in a mature family environment where there is calm and quiet so that he is allowed to trust in his own time with no pressures. With someone who has the time to give him, to be his friend and give him the love/cuddles and attention he needs. He is a lovely gentle boy and now deserves his forever home and have that special bond with someone to curl up on the sofa with. We feel he would eventually love to have access to a secure garden but supervised; he does love to sit and watch the world go by. He is 12 years old and deserves his own family in his life and to be happy again. If you feel Noodle is the lad to complete your family, ring CP Hemel Hempstead and Berkhamsted.
