Living Magazines Police ROST patrol Jan 2022

The Chiltern & South Bucks Policing Issues Forum is currently holding its cycle of survey – meeting between residents and Neighbourhood Police – priorities setting. They encourage all members to express their views and concerns via the survey, and to attend the meeting in person or by requesting a Zoom link.

The meeting is at Chesham Town Hall, 6.30pm Thursday 3 November, with Zoom option.

Chiltern & South Bucks Neighbourhood Police Inspector James Ellis explains the significance of the Forum to the work of his teams: ‘The Policing Issues Forum serves as a fantastic interface between police and the public. It seeks to provide a means by which the residents of the Chiltern and South Bucks districts can hear from me about current policing activity, and the progress made on those issues which the public have voted as being most important to them.

‘As the Neighbourhood Inspector for the area, I am keen that the policing service you receive, reflects your greatest needs and tackles your largest concerns.

‘The next meeting of the Policing Issues Forum is set for 6.30pm Thursday 3 November, at Chesham Town Hall. Your attendance would be welcomed. If you’d like to attend remotely, a Zoom link can be provided by contacting contact@csb-forum.org.

‘There, we will review the results from the currently open survey, and determine what your Neighbourhood Teams should focus on, in the coming quarter. Your vote matters in this process and I would encourage you to choose your 3 priorities via this link: csb-forum.org/oct22-survey In this way, all residents are provided a voice as to how we deliver Neighbourhood Policing, and become involved in finding solutions.’

Of course, this can’t be achieved without the input of residents. Have your say on local issues.

The closing date for the survey is 30 October 2022.The survey can be found at csb-forum.org/oct22-survey.
