Consultation on Berkhamsted Neighbourhood Plan
The draft Berkhamsted Neighbourhood Plan establishes planning policies that will be used to shape and determine applications for new development in the town. It has been informed by earlier consultation responses and covers the fifteen-year period to 2041.
Policies in the Plan have a focus on the environment, design, character, community well-being and accessibility.
Berkhamsted Town Council is asking for your views on the policies and wider project ideas in the Plan before it is submitted for examination.
The consultation runs until 15 September 2026.
All material is available to view online and at the Town Council office. You can respond online, in person at the Town Council office on the High Street, or at a drop-in event.
