Councillor Garrick Stevens was elected Mayor of Dacorum at the Council meeting held at The Forum on Wednesday 13 May.

Cllr Stevens represents Berkhamsted East on both Berkhamsted Town Council and Dacorum Borough Council and has many years of experience serving residents across the borough. He has previously held the position of Berkhamsted Town Mayor on two occasions, including from 2019 to 2021.

Having lived in Dacorum for around 30 years, Cllr Stevens is committed to supporting the borough’s communities, with a particular interest in strengthening local infrastructure, enhancing community services and encouraging resident engagement as Dacorum continues to grow. Prior to his election as Mayor, he served as Deputy Mayor of Dacorum and continues to represent residents at borough level.
