‘Do it for DENS’ and Make a Difference in 2025

Local charity, DENS, invites you to take part in a huge range of exciting fundraising events and challenges to help people in the community facing homelessness, poverty and social exclusion.

Whether you’re seeking adventure or a personal challenge, there’s something for everyone to make an impact over the coming year (and beyond)!

Highlights include places for the 2026 edition of the iconic London Marathon, family-friendly fun at the St Albans Inflatable 5k and the DENS Hillbuster – one the South East’s biggest cycling events.

There’s also stunning views of London’s landmarks at the Royal Parks Half Marathon, adrenaline-fuelled bungee jumps and an unforgettable night under the stars at the DENS Sponsored Sleepout.

DENS, dedicated to supporting thousands of vulnerable people across the borough of Dacorum, have experienced unprecedented demand for their services over the past year. To continue meeting this growing need, they rely heavily on support from local residents.
