Exciting Event for Local Artists

The Herts Visual Arts Forum is THE arts-based community in the county with over 320 members.
Its annual calendar boasts many exciting events. The first date for artists’ 2024 diaries is HVAF’s annual conference on Monday 15 January. With a theme of ‘Inclusivity in Art’, this event promises to be both inspiring and empowering!
The conference’s impressive programme includes:
- Arts-based speakers with thought-provoking insight into inclusivity through culture and art.
- Interactive group work influencing the support provided by HVAF to its members.
- Networking opportunities with artists and makers working with a wide variety of media.
- The chance to meet fellow art lovers based in Herts.
Sally Taylor, Chair of HVAF says: ‘As part of our commitment to inclusivity, we want all artists to be able to participate fully and be recognised in the artistic community, regardless of backgrounds, identities, or perspectives. Our annual conference is a unique opportunity to bring Herts-based artists and art lovers together to discuss and progress this important goal.’
The conference date is approaching fast! A few places remain available and this event is open to all HVAF members. Become a member now and receive 15 months of membership for the price of 12 months. As a new member, you are welcome to attend the conference.
This year’s gathering of artists, makers and art enthusiasts takes place in the prestigious Old Palace at Hatfield House.
