Home is Where the Cat Is

Living Magazines Cat

There are so many cats that need a new home. Could you give one their forever home?

Sadly, winter is a busy time for the volunteers at the Hemel Hempstead and Berkhamsted branch of the Cats Protection charity.

‘We currently have a waiting list of those needing to come into our care and once we get a space we have fosterers who look after them and get them vet-treated,’ says branch manager, Debbie.

Can you offer one of these adorable faces a loving new home?

Angus

Living Magazines Cats Protection AngusAngus is around six. He’s a lovely, calm boy and enjoys the company of people. He loves to curl up on the sofa and receive cuddles! He’s very affectionate and would love someone who can be there for him. He really enjoys being in the garden.

We feel Angus would be happier in a family environment, as the only pet, where he can laze away his days with lots of cuddles and love, which he will return ten-fold.

Bo

Living Magazines Cats Protection BoThis lovely lad is Bo. He’s seven and needs to feel loved and safe. He’s long haired, so will require grooming – when he’s in the mood! Bo is gentle and laid back, loves attention and cuddles. He likes playing with his toys and is always ready for a game.

We feel Bo would be happier in an older family environment and may be happy to share his home with one cat-friendly dog. He would love access to a garden after his settling in period.

Prince

Living Magazines Cats Protection PrincePrince is a bright, naturally inquisitive boy who loves to race through his tunnels, jump in a box and play hide and seek. He’s an extremely responsive, chatty boy who adores company and is happy to play with anyone. He’s good with children too.

Prince is just over a year old and neutered. We feel he would love a secure garden to explore. He would be best suited to a family environment, but as the only pet.
