Four charged with conspiracy to burgle

Four men have been charged and remanded as part of an investigation into burglaries.

Officers located a vehicle of interest in the Thames Valley area on the night of Tuesday 3 February.

The four occupants of the vehicle were arrested and suspected stolen property was seized. All have been charged with conspiracy to burgle in Hertfordshire (Berkhamsted) and neighbouring counties between 27 January and 3 February.

The men are:

  • Bruno Hoxha, aged 40, of no fixed abode
  • Damia Docaj, aged 32, of Homemead in Gravesend, Kent
  • Valentin Lico, aged 36, of Harrowden Road, Sheffield
  • Ervis Pllumbi, aged 35, of on fixed abode

All four men have been remanded into custody.

Detective Superintendent Mark Clawson said: ‘I hope this news is reassuring to the residents of Hertfordshire that we are committed to tackling burglary.

‘This result demonstrates that our officers are out and about working proactively to keep the county safe.’
