Looking for things to keep the kids entertained during February half-term? Then why not check out your local library. There are plenty of fun-filled events taking place over the holiday (18-22 February), from storytelling to creating art, and there is sure to be an activity that your child will enjoy.

Hemel Hempstead Library is holding a Creative Day on Wednesday 20 February from 11am-2pm, where children can design and make badges, board and card games, try out 3D pens and the library’s 3D printer. Entry for children is £1, and you don’t need to book in advance.

Booster Cushion Theatre Company has been invited to perform Goldilocks and the Three Bears at North Watford Library on Wednesday 20 February. The audience are in for a treat with this production; expect lots of laughter and singing! The show starts at 2pm and lasts for an hour. Tickets are available online at £3 each, for both adults and children.

Stevenage Central Library is upping the fun this half term with their Creative Storytelling with Story Cubes event on Friday 22 February. The event is from 4pm-5:30pm, and is suitable for 8-12 year olds with tickets selling for £2 per child, and are available both online and at the library.
