Hemel Old Town all set for Halloween Party

Living Magazines Hemel Old Town Halloween party

Get ready for some spooky fun as the Hemel Hempstead Old Town Halloween Party returns this year.  The event is taking place on Sunday 29 October 2023 and is being hosted by Dacorum Borough Council, in partnership with Hemel Old Town Market and Community Action Dacorum.

The event will run from 3pm-7pm, and will be followed by a firework display in Gadebridge Park at 7.30pm.

There will be a range of entertainment on offer in the Old Town High Street, including fairground rides, face painting, a fun fortune teller and fancy dress competitions (for all ages). A range of food and drink stalls will also be available.

The Old Town Hall will be hosting two exciting shows on the day:

  • Creepy Crawly Encounters – hands on, interactive sessions where you can learn more about an array of reptiles, amphibians and creepy crawlies!
  • In the Dead of the Night – Faceplant Theatre presents the story of Lily, a young girl whose wild imagination conjures up fantastical monsters, with original songs, puppetry and a dash of silliness.

With a variety of entertainment to enjoy, stalls to explore, and the after party fireworks in Gadebridge Park, there really is something for everyone.’
