Hospice charity has its own sausage

Living Magazines The Rennie Grove sausage from Kings

Rennie Grove Hospice Care, the local charity that provides specialist care for adults and children with a life-limiting illness, has been given a novel boost by having a sausage named after it. And that’s not all. The Rennie Grove sausage is also raising funds for the charity with £1 from each 1lb sold being donated to Rennie Grove.

The Rennie Grove sausage has been created by Gary at Kings Farm Shop in Wendover and is described as ‘a herby sausage with a spicy kick’.

Claire Redrup, Community Fundraising Manager at Rennie Grove said: ‘What a great idea! Thank you Gary for coming up with such a novel fundraising initiative. Many of the team here at Rennie Grove have sampled the banger and have given it rave reviews so do give it a try and let us know what you think.’

The Rennie Grove sausage is available from Kings Farm Shop, Loudwater Farm, Nash Lee End, Wendover HP22 6BH.
