Hospice Superdraw
Tring-based not-for-profit organisation The Hospice Lottery Partnership has launched its annual Christmas Superdraw to raise much-needed funds to help support patients and families that are cared for by local hospices including:
- Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity in Aylesbury
- Michael Sobell Hospice Charity in Northwood
- Rennie Grove Hospice Care covering Herts and Bucks
- South Bucks Hospice based in High Wycombe
- The Hospice of St Francis in Berkhamsted
Tickets are on sale now for £1 each with a top prize of £2,500 up for grabs in the draw on 12th December.
The funds raised from ticket sales make a real difference to those needing hospice care:
- £5 could help pay for a patient’s meals for one day
- £15 could help pay for materials for a therapy session at a day hospice
- £20 could help pay for an hour of nursing care
- £50 could help pay for a first assessment visit to a patient at home
