New Menopause Cafe

Living Magazine Menopause cafe

Calling all wonderful women! Try out Tring Wellbeing Community’s first Menopause Café on Tuesday 13 November, 7.30-9.30pm, downstairs at Jack and Alice, 50 High Street in Tring and share stories, gain advice from wellbeing experts and support each other over a chat and glass of wine.

There’ll be free talks on emotional issues, diet and nutrition, health and wellbeing, sleep and energy, beauty, pilates and the body, yoga and stress management, homeopathy, sleep and energy issues and a whole lot more!

Kim Harries, founder of Tring Wellbeing Community, says: ‘We wanted to run an event in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere to help support women wanting to manage their menopause symptoms naturally. Our free pop up Menopause Cafe will start with short talks from local health and wellbeing experts who will share their knowledge and then be on hand for everyone to pick their brains for guidance, tips and for therapy bookings. Our experts are happy to offer help and advice whether you are sailing through the menopause, are at an emotional crossroads or are struggling and suffering to manage your symptoms.’
