Nora Grace Hall Refurbishment Project
Tring Town Council has shared details of a proposed refurbishment of Nora Grace Hall, an important community facility in Tring. The project is being managed by Battram Associates, appointed by the Tring Town Council to oversee the works.
Due to current budget considerations, the project will focus on a modest refurbishment rather than a full rebuild.
Key elements include:
- Refurbishment of the external building shell
- Installation of new toilet facilities
- Minor internal decorative improvements
- No major changes to the hall’s layout or use
Please see the Summary of refurbishment works for further details.
In addition to building improvements, Tring Town Council is reviewing the landscaping around the hall, particularly the surrounding trees. A summary of the proposal being consulted is available here.

Disruption and Timing
All efforts will be made to minimise disruption to nearby homes and businesses. Clear communication will be provided ahead of any works, particularly around working hours and site access.
Please note: No works will begin before the end of 2025. All affected parties will be notified in advance.
