Rothschild House Group Practice together with its Patient Group want to focus in 2023 on how to improve how it both listens to and communicates with patients, by hopefully using some of the expertise that one of the patients who may have a professional background in Communications or Public Relations, but also be able to provide the viewpoint from the patients’ perspective.
This is a great opportunity to help the Practice develop to meet the ongoing needs of all of its patient groups. Although on a voluntary basis, agreed expenses are reimbursed.
Ideally you would be able to provide a few hours each month to discuss and review current and proposed communication methods with the Practice Manager, Practice Communications Manager and Patient Group members to help the Practice in developing its patient communications strategy.
