Plough Planning Appeal Dismissed

We have been informed by the Plough Pub Potten End Community Interest Company that the planning appeal to the Planning Inspectorate has been dismissed. You can read the appeal decision document by going to the Appeals Case Work Portal by clicking here.

It is comprehensive in its conclusion that the rejection by Dacorum Borough Council of the change application should be upheld. This is good news, as it means The Plough stays as a public house.

The CIC give their thanks to so many who made representation in objecting to the appeal.

The Directors of the CIC met up the other night to talk though next steps, and are planning on hosting a public meeting to discuss this more fully after the Jubilee celebrations early next month. Watch this space for more information.
