Popular Kings Langley Pub to Relaunch with Stunning New Look
The Rose and Crown in Kings Langley is set to reopen in February after undergoing a significant investment that will give the much-loved eating and drinking destination a spectacular new look.
Upon reopening, The Rose and Crown will continue to offer a top-quality menu, serving fresh flavours inspired by the seasons and modern world-food trends where you can enjoy a broad range of premium grill dishes, plus plenty of healthier and lower calorie options.
Leading the charge is Head Chef Emir Radu, working alongside an expert team of old and new chefs using the very best ingredients. Whether you fancy something from the grill, such as Rotisserie Pork Belly or expertly aged Steaks, there will be something to suit all tastes. Showcasing seasonal flavours, from Pan-Fried Wild Scallops with Smoked Haddock Bonbons to Buttermilk Chicken Brie & Bacon Pie, the menu is packed full of irresistible creations and comforting classics, plus a dedicated vegan menu. Still offering fantastic value, the lunch menu will include dishes under 650 calories, hand stretched stone baked pizzas and freshly prepared sandwiches. All freshly prepared by its expert team of chefs using the very best ingredients. There will also be plenty of delectable deserts to choose from; including the Sicilian Lemon Posset and Melting Chocolate Bomb.
The extensive cocktail menu will include classics with a twist, such as a Koko Colada, everyone’s favourite Martinis and a selection of Spritz.
Roast dinners at The Rose and Crown are sure to be a fan favourite – on Sundays, diners can enjoy a hearty roast with all the trimmings with family and friends.

As part of the refurbishment, The Rose and Crown is undergoing a full makeover, creating a whole new look that’s inspired from the UK’s most luxurious country dining and drinking hotspots. The sophisticated design combines earthy, wooden tones with a rich warm palette, brass finishes and smooth leather, creating an opulent and cosy feel. Open log fires, plush velvet seating and feature lighting will also add a touch of glamour to this otherwise relaxing and inviting space. Building on existing features of the pub that are already adored, including the popular fireplace, the remodel is set to enhance the pub’s character and traditional feel, while bringing it up to date with playful artwork, statement wallpapers and a decorative wine wall.
