Proposed Development West Berkhamsted

Berkhamsted Citizens Association have advised that Crest Nicholson is considering bringing forward a development of up to 90 homes on land south of Shootersway, opposite Elizabeth II Avenue. Download the leaflet outlining the site location and the key elements of the scheme.

Crest Nicholson are keen to consult widely with people in the local community to understand their views, address their concerns, and to answer any questions they may have. Recognising that Berkhamsted Citizens Association is an important local stakeholder, they would greatly value your participation in this process. All feedback will be carefully considered, and will help shape an outline planning application that Crest Nicholson intends to submit to Dacorum Borough Council.

Crest Nicholson will be hosting a public exhibition setting out their current proposals from 4pm to 8pm on Thursday 12 September at Berkhamsted Civic Centre. This will be an opportunity to meet their team, to hear more about the proposed development, to ask questions, and to provide feedback in person through a survey questionnaire.

This exhibition will also be available to view online at the website www.newhomesforberkhamsted.co.uk, on or before 12 September 2024. Through this website, residents can sign up to receive news and updates and can elect to have hard copies of the exhibition boards and the survey questionnaire sent to them by post. The engagement process outlined above will run until 23:59 on Sunday 29 September, although the online exhibition will be available to view after this date.
