Puddingstone Distillery Wins Judges’ Award at biz4Biz 2023

Tring’s Puddingstone Distillery picked up a special judges’ award at the biz4Biz awards in July. Nominated by fans of the distillery and their Campfire Gin range in the Made in Herts category the original list included 83 Hertfordshire businesses, large and small, covering a wide range of industries. It was then whittled down to 25 nominees who were invited to present to the judges. As a result, Kate and Ben, founders of Puddingstone Distillery joined five other businesses as finalists in the Made in Herts category for the dinner and presentation of all 18 awards at Tewinbury Farm Hotel.
Unfortunately they weren’t crowned winners of their category but much to their delight they were announced winner of the biz4Biz Judges’ Award. Awarded for special recognition for their working ethos to produce gins of an exceptional and inspirational nature, created with a mindfulness of community and environment which has resulted in collaborations with other Hertfordshire businesses, Herts & Middlesex Wildlife Trust and The Box Moor Trust. Look out for their new gin release Box Moor Gin coming this Autumn using local juniper. £2 from every bottle sold goes to The Box Moor Trust.
