Creative Collective is the gift & lifestyle pop-up shop at 246, High Street Berkhamsted, in the former Mary Brooks boutique. Created and curated by Sinead Bernhauser of Hot Haveli, the local independent jewellery and accessories brand. The pop-up shop gives lots of local makers, artists and designers the opportunity to trade on the high street.

We sell handmade homewares, jewellery, art, cards, sustainable crafts, gifts and retro furniture & collectables, all ideal for Mother’s Day, any occasion or home restyling project. We opened in November 2019 and the shop has enjoyed great support from the lovely Berkhamsted community. We’re delighted that we’ve now been able to extend until 29 March 2020.

Then that really is it, we’ll be closing until we find another affordable location and opportunity for local independents and the community in the future.

The Creative Collective pop-up shop was established by Sinead Bernhauser of local business Hot Haveli. Sinead is a local Dacorum resident who set up her creative lifestyle business Hot Haveli three years ago.

An independent homewares, accessories & jewellery brand, bringing ethically handmade, bohemian and unique pieces to you and your home. Founded by Sinead Bernhauser, who has a lifelong thing for unique design and far-flung, independent travel, particularly around India, we’re all about beautiful handcrafted pieces we create over there.

We’re passionate about sustaining traditional, artisanal skills and a focus on women’s employment; marrying them with contemporary design to produce unique lifestyle products. Hand block printing, handloom weaving, Kantha stitching, handmade jewellery making are some of the techniques showcased, whilst the finished products are stylish, contemporary and eclectic statement pieces. From unique cushions, bedspreads and dhurries, to one-off vintage bags, shibori scarves and fair trade fashion jewellery, Hot Haveli brings you individual accessories we think you’ll love.
