Spring has Arrived at Lindengate

Living Magazines Daffs at Lindengate

The team at Lindengate have been busy planting wildflowers, kitchen garden vegetable seeds, digging the beds and enjoying the return of the resident ducks back to the 5-acre therapeutic gardens and wildlife haven. Go along and see for yourself, taking in the sights and sounds of spring, sitting in one of the many sheltered areas and take a moment for yourself.

From the end of March, opening times will change, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the longer evenings and if you are bringing children, you could also take part in the nature trail, connecting with nature and the Five Ways to Wellbeing:

  • Be Active
  • Give to others
  • Take Notice
  • Keep Learning
  • Connect with Nature

If you are unable to visit during this time, take a look at Lindengate@Home for activities that can be enjoyed at home, to maintain health and wellbeing.

From 29 March, Linengate will be open Monday & Wednesday 4.30-6.30pm and Saturday 1.30-4.30pm.

Closed Good Friday 2 April and Easter Monday 5 April, but open for anyone to drop in on Saturday 3 April  1-3pm.
