Staff Enjoy ‘Ace’ Time in Hemel Hempstead

With Wimbledon fever capturing the nation, staff at Breakspear Park in Hemel Hempstead have been treated to a host of enjoyable tennis-based events.

Kick-starting the week in style, employees were given free pots of strawberries and cream to help whet the appetite.

Britain’s top miniature comedy tennis show and walkabout act – ‘Anyone For Tennis’ – invited volunteers to play some fun games and win prizes.

A photo prop space was also created in the building for individuals and teams to capture some wacky shots for a chance to win summer prizes.

Dina Mistry, Marketing Manager for Breakspear Park, said: ‘The Wimbledon Championship has been part of British history for more than 140 years now, and as a nation we are very proud of the fine sporting occasion. Knowing that so many of our staff enjoy the heralded fortnight we decided to host some free fun activities for everyone to get involved with. We definitely ‘aced’ it!’
