Students from Tring and Welwyn hit top of charts

Living Magazines Students from Tring and Welwyn

Students from Tring and Welwyn can be heard performing on a classical song which peaked at number one on the iTunes Classical Chart (ahead of Ed Sheeran and Andrea Bocelli).

They accompanied soprano Louisa Alice-Rose on her song ‘You Are Not Alone’. Hitting the top spot on iTunes Classical Chart was a dream for Louisa, who runs LAR Performing Arts school where the children attend.

Felicity Barnet, Laura Hardy, Alinah Juleve Dagpin, Theodore Loades, Kaleb Munday, Mia Rutherford and Leah Rutherford not only sing on the track, but also appear in the video which can be viewed on YouTube. Louisa has a follow-up single, which is a new interpretation of ‘Ave Maria’, (also composed by Lyndon Samuel) which will be released on 20 December.

You can listen to ‘You Are Not Alone’ on iTunes, Spotify and other streaming platforms.
