Submit Event

Submit details of your local event for our What’s On guide in the magazines and online

There is no charge for submitting your event, which will be published online and will usually find its way into the magazines as well, provided it is submitted in time. The final date for submission of events is the Ad Booking & News Deadline shown below. Events submitted after the deadline will still be published online.

We also offer a guaranteed, highlighted listing for just £15 per quarter plus VAT. This will make your event stand out to our readers and gives you the opportunity to include a non-branded image. If you wish to take advantage of this, please select the relevant option in the form below and select the issue you desire, taking note of the Ad Booking & News Deadlines listed. Note the highlighted listing will feature in both magazines of a given issue.

If you wish to include a poster or logo, you can book a small strip advert for £65 (per magazine), plus VAT. Please complete our booking form or email advertising@livingmags.info before the Ad Booking & News Deadline to secure your place.

Registered charities are entitled to a 30% discount off display adverts and may be entitled to zero-rated VAT.

Living Magazines Distribution info 2026 dates

  • Please check your date is correct before submission as we may not be able to change it retrospectively.
  • Please provide a brief description of the event.
  • Please fill in at least one of the three contact fields below:
  • Please upload a relevant or representative image of your event. Please note promotional posters will not be used. If you would like us to display a promotional poster, please sign up for the £65 advert mentioned above.
