In celebration of The Ivy St Albans Brasserie’s first birthday and bluebell season in the local area, the brasserie will be serving up a series of limited-edition, floral-inspired cocktails, as well as unveiling a beautiful bluebell installation outside the restaurant.

Every spring, the floor of the Heartwood Forest woodlands is transformed into a sea of fragrant bluebells. This spectacular maze of vibrant blue captures the very essence of British woodland. Paying tribute to the season, The Ivy St Albans Brasserie’s entrance will be transformed with a striking bluebell display, bringing a touch of spring to the restaurant from Wednesday 1 May to Tuesday 2 June (the team will also be handing out bluebells to passers-by on Thursday 9 May).

Accompanying the installation will be a number of floral-inspired cocktails, available throughout the month of May. The Rosehip Spritz (pictured) (£9.50) will combine Sacred Rosehip Cup, ginger ale and Prosecco, whilst the Floral Negroni (£10.00) will feature Marylebone Orange & Geranium Gin, Sacred Rosehip Cup and Belsazar Rose Vermouth. Finally, the non-alcoholic Minosa (£6.50) will incorporate Seedlip Grove 42, orange juice and Fever-Tree ginger ale for those looking for a refreshing mocktail to enjoy this spring.

The Ivy St Albans Brasserie is open seven days a week and offers an all-day dining menu. The brasserie is accessible and relaxed, holding back a number of tables for walk-ins, allowing locals to drop in throughout the day at their leisure. Whether visiting for a relaxing breakfast, working lunch, cocktails with friends or a three-course dinner, The Ivy St Albans Brasserie adds to the sophistication and charm of the already popular St Albans.
