Topping Out Celebration at Tring Park School
Tring Park School’s smart new £5.9 million boarding house and teaching facility has reached an important milestone that was celebrated with a traditional ‘topping out’ ceremony – held when the full height of a new building is reached, and the framework is completed. Construction firm Stepnell was joined by the school’s staff and head boy and girl to celebrate the event.
The new four-storey student accommodation and study facility will provide 70 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and private study spaces. It will also include five academic and vocational teaching spaces, four new common room areas, two staff apartments, communal kitchen facilities and a theatre workshop.
The new accommodation is due for completion in spring next year.
