Tring Coach Company Director Scoops Prestigious Awards

The Director of Tring-based Masons Minibus and Coach Hire won two industry awards at the premier ceremony for the sector last week in Birmingham.

Candice Mason, was named Manager of the Year for small to medium operators at the routeone Awards. Judges commended Mason’s efforts over the past twelve months and had ‘shown commitment, enthusiasm and an excellent ability to motivate.’

Mason was also named as the joint winner for Above and Beyond category for ‘her work to support, promote and advocate the sector through the difficult period since March 2020.’

Commenting after receiving her award, Mason said: ‘I’m thrilled Masons has been recognised in this highly-respected ceremony, it has been an incredible team effort from everyone in what has been a challenging few years for the sector.

‘All of us at Masons pride ourselves in providing the best possible service for our customers and we will continue to strive to do so as we move into 2023.’

Event Director Helen Conway said: ‘The routeone Awards has once again lived up to its reputation as the bus and coach industry’s premier recognition showcase.’

She added: ‘Once again, the quality of this year’s Awards finalists was remarkable. Standing out from the crowd is no mean feat in such an innovative, creative and committed industry, but our 2022 winners do just that.’
