Chilterns MS Centre have a vacancy for an experienced, organised, self-motivated and creative Community & Events Fundraising Manager to join their professional fundraising team.

You will be a confident communicator and have a passion for people; managing 2 staff members, building awareness and strong relationships within the community and internal stakeholders to inspire supporters, both new and existing, to raise funds for the Chilterns MS Centre, through a range of community fundraising activities and events.

You will have strategic and financial planning experience, be target driven; always looking to exceed income and deliver outstanding stewardship to deepen supporter experience and loyalty to the organisation.

You will need to have excellent project management, administrative, I.T and interpersonal skills, with the ability and confidence to initiate and develop relationships with a wide range of people. You must be able work independently and as part of a team, managing your team, your own time and several projects simultaneously, in a high pressured but supportive environment.

This is a varied role and a great opportunity for someone to join the busy, dynamic and friendly fundraising team to help raise an income target of just under £1 million.
