Revamped Skatepark Officially Opened

Revamped Tring Skatepark

In partnership with Tring Town Council, Dacorum Borough Council have revamped the facilities at Tring Skatepark in Pound Meadow.

The park was nearing the end of its useable lifespan and so the council asked for your ideas and opinions on how to make it fit for purpose. Work began in July 2022, and the skatepark was officially opened on Saturday 24 September 2022 by the Mayor of Dacorum, Cllr John Birnie, and Cllr Andrew Williams, Leader of the Council.

Further work is taking place to install lights to the area to enable it to be used even in the darker months.
